Yes—road bikes, e-bikes, and triathlon kit (like aerobars or kit boxes) are available through local partners. Just tell us your size, preferences, and setup when you book.
Tours are graded by daily distance, elevation, and pace. We welcome strong beginners to experienced athletes. We’ll recommend the right tour and chat fitness requirements to make sure you thrive.
Absolutely. Solo travelers are welcomed and often matched with someone in a twin room, or you can request a private room. Partners who don’t ride are well catered for, beach days, sightseeing, spa time, we’ll help them plan.
It usually starts with breakfast, followed by your ride/run segment with full support throughout. Luggage is transferred for you. Evenings may include route debrief, communal meal, and a chance to relax and recover.
Yes—our support vehicle is stocked with tools, hydration, snacks, and first-aid supplies. For bigger groups, we provide mechanic support and on-route assistance.
Of course. We plan in rest days or optional activity breaks, you get to choose how you spend your time, whether that’s lounging, exploring, or ticking off extra miles. The answer is slightly different for the N2 Tour – see Portugal N2 FAQs.
Layered clothing is key: jerseys, windbreakers, waterproofs, arm/leg warmers, gloves, overshoes, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Off-saddle gear is recommended for evenings and transfers.

Twin rooms include two separate beds; solo guests are paired unless a private room is requested.
Yes, comprehensive insurance is mandatory, covering cancellation and cycling/triathlon activities. We advise securing it when booking.
Yes, most tours require a minimum (typically 6) participants. If we don’t meet it, we’ll offer alternate dates, a private tour upgrade, or a full refund well in advance.
Our cancellation terms are fair, details appear in our T&Cs. We’re always happy to assist if plans shift. Having insurance helps offset any costs.
